The 13" Ground-Zero pad holder was specifically designed for the small counter buffer machine. All of the pad holders have an acrylic adhesive Velcro hook, 1.25" riser and a universal clutch plate. It holds an assortment of pads for stone polishing counter tops. This is a weighted, 20lb pad driver.
